Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to bookings.

Deposit: A deposit is required to secure your booking. Bookings will provisionally be held for 1 week. The deposit should be 10% of the total amount due, including campsite and activities.

Arrivals & Departures: For overnight stays, you pitch/accommodation will be available after 12:00 and should be vacated before 11:30. It may be possible to arrange alternate times - please contact us.

We would appreciate it if your pitch/accommodation is left in a clean and tidy state before you leave, ready for the next guests.

Vehicles: Vehicles may drive on to the site to load and unload large equipment. Once unloaded, vehicles should be moved to a car park. Parents should drop their children along with their personal kit in the car park, and should not drive on to the main site.

Behaviour: We would appreciate it if your group would observe quiet time between 11:00 and 07:00. Leaders are expected to look after their own members.
